How to add a service
in smukme Portal
This is a step by step tutorial
on how to add a service in smukme Portal
All services in smukme Portal are organized by category, depending on what type of business you are running. There are basically two ways in which you can add a service to your profile.
You can choose from a pre-made service from a list or you can create your custom service. We will be exploring both methods in this tutorial. Let’s get started!
Step 1
Go to: https://partner.smukme.com/login
TIP: If you click on the link above, it will open the page in a new tab, so you can follow along this tutorial and add a service to your profile.
Step 2
Enter your details and click “Login”
TIP: smukme Portal is the place from where you can control everything on your smukme partner account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here.
Step 3
Click on “Services”
TIP: You can find this option in the left-side menu.”
Step 4
Add a category
TIP: Here you can add the category in which you provide services.
You can also add multiple categories if you wish.
Step 5
Select a category or multiple categories
TIP: You choose a category or multiple categories from a list of pre-made categories.
Step 6
Add a service
TIP: You add a service to the category that is selected above.
If only one category then the service will be added to that category.
Step 7
Select the category in which you want to create a service
TIP: You add a service to the category that is selected from the list.
If only one category then there is only one option in the list and if you have added more categories (in Step 5) then you have a larger list to choose from.
Step 8
Select a service or create your own service
TIP: You can add a service from a list of pre-made services or you can create your own service.
The difference between the two is that when you choose to “Create Own Service” you can enter your own name and description for the service, while when you choose from a pre-made list, you can only change the price, duration, buffer time and offer price.
Step 9
Fill the details of your service
TIP: The original price will appear with a line dash on it if you add also an offer price, to show your clients that this is a discount price.
Buffer time is the time you usually need in between appointments to get ready for the next client.
Step 10
Your service has been created
Congratulations! Your first service has been created.
Here’s some tips in the image bellow on what options you have after creating a service.
OBS: In order for the service to be visible for clients to book in the smukme App or smukme Link, a staff member that will perform the service needs to be assigned to it!
